MICROCENTRIFUGE TUBES FOR HLA LABS
In addition to the regular Fisher Tube (MC-2) and Beckman Tube (MC-1) ALA can now provide a low cost replacement for the Robbins serum tubes. It consists of a redesigned Beckman Tube with an attached cap that has a rim with a smaller O.D. compared to the standard Beckman tube. Thus, when the cap is detached from the rim the tubes will not be in contact with each other when they are inserted onto a dispensing rack.
Also, these tubes have straighter walls and a slightly more rounded bottom than the original Beckman Tube to make it easier to accommodate multiple syringe dispensers.
The 400ul tube is available with and without a cap and the 250ul version is supplied with a cap. Both tubes are molded in natural polyethylene only.
